All B2B products ship directly from China and Japan to any destination.

You must order 1x sealed case – we do not offer single boxes. You can use the normal PokiPair website for single box orders and claim VAT back.

It depends how much you order. We use DHL/FedEx for shipping from China and Japan to any address worldwide.

Estimated costs are €12-15 per kilogram.

You can leave interest for products and get notified via email once in stock.

We accept USD and EURO via Bank Transfer or Wise transfer.

We do NOT use PayPal.

You are fully responsible for any customs/vat/tax charges once the product lands in your country.

No. All orders must be paid in full for the order and shipping before we provide a tracking number.

No, we are not Pokemon China and so we don’t get these documentations and neither can anyone else that is a reseller.

We are VAT registered, intra-EU VAT registered and VIES registered.

Any sales to EU companies with similar registration status, will enjoy VAT-free purchases with the EU reverse VAT mechanism. You will be furnished an invoice with the VAT reversed upon completing a transaction.
