PokiPair ships with UPS tracked service from Ireland. Your tracking number is in the dispatch email and on the order in My account.
Find your tracking number
Open the order in My account to copy the UPS tracking number, then track it on UPS. If you cannot see a number yet, the order has not shipped — check Shipping Updates for dispatch dates.

If tracking has stalled, or the parcel shows delivered but you do not have it, open a Discord ticket with your order number and the UPS tracking link.
